a) Head of Program: Head of Program is responsible for the development and application of the English teaching programs according to the levels and needs of students. He/She also maintains administrative relations with the administrative board of the university and outside public.

b) Program Coordinator: Supervises the program throughout the term to make sure that students are being provided equal opportunities in their levels. He/She also designs the programs according to levels.

c) Level Coordinators: They are appointed by the Program Coordinator. They are responsible for the maintainence of the program of their levels and supervision of the teaching staff there.

d) CALL Coordinator: (Computer Assisted Language Teaching Coordinator) Call coordinator designes the curriculum of language labs and evaluates the proceedings of the On-Line teaching materials. He/She provides technical assistance and reports the problems to the computer center.

e) Testing Comittee: They prepare the Proficiency and Placement tests at the beginning of the academic year. They also organize groups of teachers for quizes, CATs and projects to make sure that evaluation process is going on smoothly. They also regulates the task division among staff members before, during and after the exams.
f) Material Preparation Comittee: They collect and evaluate the the use of extra materials for each level and dublicate them. Their primary concern is to ensure the principle of providing equal opportunities to each student. They welcome the incoming extra curricular materials and projects and decide wihich would be useful fort he students and distribute them to teachers for practice.
